Seems I can control my sleeping patterns. So I guess I am no longer a creature of the night. Of course, as long as I do not oversleep. I am fine.

I just got my eyes checked and I have been given the go signal to drive.... Finally. So this means I have to get my license.

I am working on a secret project which will..... It's a secret! So stay tuned!

Christmas and New Year is the season for partying.... So from there, self-discipline goes out the toilet. So far I haven't been controlling my caffeine intake.  So it follows that I am starting to become a creature of the night again. But strangely I can now control when I sleep. There was one time, I was able to sleep early and wake up early on command. I hope it stays that way from now on.

Finally I was able to normalize my sleeping pattern after so many years of sleeping late, extremely late and not sleeping at all. I had to reset it by by not sleeping for 2 days and that takes a lot of willpower to do.

Then on the following days I had to restrict my caffeine intake. No caffeinated drinks after 6 PM and for me that takes a lot of discipline, especially nowadays in this age where almost every drink we have has caffeine. I also had to regulate my food intake, I cannot have those late night feasts. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and it is starting to become a habit. Hopefully I can make this habit permanent by the end of the year.

I think I am doing okay in Graduate School, hopefully I can start up my own business along with a few media project, learning Chinese (Ni Hao!) and.....

.....I might be able to start driving this summer
